Potholing or Vacuum Excavation
Local Underground performs potholing to expose underground utilities. Potholing allows us to safely complete all work and ensure the bore route for utilities being installed is done in the most efficient manner and with the least amount of impact on the existing utilities. Potholing is completed in 4 steps: Core Drill concrete (as needed), removal of soils with water and vacuum to expose utilities, measure and map utility, and finally restore to undisturbed condition.
